Michael came to Williams-Manny in June of 2006 with 8 years of experience working with self funded and fully insured major medical plans including high deductible HSA plans as well as group life, dental, disability, integrated wellness and employee assistance programs. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a B.A. in History. Michael Parsons, focuses solely on self-funded groups, similar in size to the Park District. Half of these clients fit into the not-for-profit/municipality category. For these clients he manages benefits in the areas of medical, dental, life, short and long term disability, and vision. The groups range in size from the largest at 3,300 employees down to 180 employees.
