We currently have over 12,000 individual, and corporate insurance clients. Our benefits division currently provides advisory services to nearly 500 group benefits clients, ranging in size from 1 employee to our largest municipal entity with nearly 4,000 employees.

The sole focus of Williams-Manny is to provide best-in-class solutions which positively impacts and improves the overall benefits package of our client. We work with employers to analyze their needs, provide tools and resources as well as streamline costs. We employ a full-time Certified Compliance Specialist whose responsibility is to assist you in compliance so you are informed and up to date with all of the latest regulatory requirements. We also have a full-time Wellness Coordinator on staff that can work with you to design and manage an effective, sustainable, wellness program or to enhance your current program, to help reduce healthcare costs, decrease absenteeism and turnover, and increase employee satisfaction. Your business will have a team of licensed professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Collectively they have over 80 years of Employee Benefits experience.
