Our speaker, Brent Bryden has a wealth of knowledge and is the owner of InterActive Safety Solutions Inc. and trainer for the National Safety Education Center @ NIU DeKalb with 31 years of manufacturing, safety, environmental and health experience. He is able to facilitate training for small, medium and large employers with a wide range of needs. His passion is to educate the basics to form strong safety foundations within an organization. Brent strives to effectively manage the elements of those safety programs for its employees & the companies they represent. Continuous improvement in safety training is his vision and maintaining a level of service to providing quality products, practices & services driven to achieve positive results is his goal.

This course provides an introduction to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for owners and managers of small businesses. The goal of the course is to help participants gain an understanding of OSHA operations and procedures and learn how they can work with OSHA to prevent or reduce injuries and illnesses in their workplaces.
